Applied at chosen apartment complex. Went by to see another one, just in case. Had brother call to check on it, as they'd said earlier when we handed over applications that it would be end of day or first thing tomorrow when we would hear back from them. They're apparently waiting for landlord to get back to them...so I'm assuming...it's a go? Maybe?
So I say to sister, do I need to go down to the manager's office of my building first thing tomorrow and ask them, WHY THE HELL haven't you called back??? I just want this done and settled, much as sister does, because if brother has a place to live, then he might not be spending all frickin' day at her place. Now we won't know till tomorrow...SIGH. In any case, I'm not going to be moving into the place until August because I'll be screwed if I'll pay rent for my place and not live in it. Then it's a matter of seeing how much of a bitch the management is going to be about the lease. I was looking online on tips to get out of a lease and one states playing on the lack of safety in a complex...does getting your license plate stolen off your car and replaced with another work as a safety issue?
Ehhh I'm gonna be all fussy until we find out tomorrow.
