No interest in seeing Transformers. Haven't seen Star Trek or Terminator movie, will probably see once they hit $3 theater. BUT now am kinda interested in maybe seeing something tomorrow. I spoiled myself for My Sister's Keeper, by reading the Wikipedia entry on the novel, so that can wait till DVD. Then it's down to...The Proposal or Away We Go. Both, I could realistically wait for DVD release, I am leaning more towards Away We Go, given the offbeat feel of it from the promos. After all, we vote with our dollars and if we don't vote for the offbeat films, Hollywood won't make them anymore. Or just less of them.
Heh, most likely I will sit at home and be bored.
Out of boredom I downloaded the first two episodes of the new True Blood season and so...
I am good about remembering Harper's Island airs on Saturdays but I suck at remembering it comes on at 9. SIGH.
True Blood...not a show I'll get heavily into, but will watch when I remember to download it, as it's summer and there's really shit-all to watch. Last one leaves the cliffhanger thing of...what happens to Jessica's loving family? At the least save her poor little sister! Otherwise....I will give it a few more watches but so far I'm not really invested in the characters so...I can miss it and not miss it. Hmmm maybe get sister to line up the first season on Netflix so I can watch it that way. The first episode I watched today, it had the oh so distracting French subtitles running at the bottom of it and after years of watching anime, my eyes are drawn automatically to the subtitles and my brain with its two years of high school French gets caught up in trying to translate it literally lol.
Harper's Island...well, that blew a theory that suddenly manifested in my head as I was watching it. The two killer theory where the younger of the two is responsible for the spree killing of those not involved in the old Wakefield killings and Wakefield is still catching up with the people who did him in all those years ago. Then Wakefield killed Cal and there went the burgeoning theory. Though I'm still convinced there is two killers. Question is...who's the other killer?
Jimmy seems the real obvious choice at this point, as the heavy-handed clues were revealed tonight. He's...hmmm...same age as Abby? Then he could be Wakefield kid. It would be nice if they'd pull a killer out of a hat and go with someone totally unsuspected.
They could be setting Jimmy up as the fall guy and then do a big reveal of it being someone else...
Any rate, it's two weeks till the end finale and this time I better remember to tune in.
